Two years ago I had no idea what the Blue Ribbon Soiree was. It didn’t have a direct impact on my life, so I didn’t take the time to research it to see what it was about. For this, I feel guilty. If males live long enough, we all have a great chance of having prostate cancer. Fast forward to last year………. We didn’t talk about it or advertise it, but my pops, Randy Lanoix, was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Back in August, Dad elected to have his prostate removed and forgo the chemo/radiation treatment. Dad is doing great now and we got the results we were looking for. It has not spread anywhere else and was only in the prostate itself. For this we are very blessed and super thankful.
The Blue Ribbon Soiree event ended up being organized and run by some family friends. It’s crazy how things work out in life. I am now in full support of this event and I hope you will be also.
This year’s event is at the Renaissance Hotel on Sunday, November 3, 2024, 5 – 8pm.
I hope to see you there to hang out and support a great cause. You can buy tickets at https://blueribbonsoiree.org/buy-tickets/
Also, if you can afford to support the cause the link to donate is below as well. https://blueribbonsoiree.org/donate/
Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to see you on November 3rd.
God Bless,
Bryan Lanoix
